Medicine and Equipment Supply
In Ethiopia, Somalia, and Sudan, countless lives are at risk every day due to the shortage of essential medicines and medical equipment. Hospitals and rural clinics struggle to treat patients as supplies of antibiotics, anti-malarials, pain relief, and chronic disease medicines run dangerously low. The situation is worsened by ongoing conflicts, drought, and displacement, which leave already fragile health systems overwhelmed. Many doctors and nurses are forced to work without sterile gloves, diagnostic kits, or even oxygen cylinders putting lives at greater risk.
Our Medicine and Equipment Supply Appeal is focused on delivering immediate support to the most vulnerable communities across these three countries. The project prioritizes:
-
Ethiopia – Supplying rural clinics and drought-affected regions with medicines for malaria, pneumonia, and maternal health care.
-
Somalia – Providing hospitals and mobile clinics serving displaced families with essential drugs, surgical kits, and protective supplies.
-
Sudan – Supporting crisis-affected hospitals with emergency medicines, oxygen supplies, and critical care equipment for children and mothers.
The need is urgent, but the impact of your support is powerful:
-
$30 can provide a child with life-saving malaria treatment.
-
$100 can equip a rural health post with protective gear and basic medicines for one month.
-
$500 can supply a mobile clinic in Somalia or Ethiopia with diagnostic kits and essential drugs.
-
$1,000 can deliver bulk shipments of medicines and equipment to hospitals serving displaced families in Sudan.
Your contribution ensures that no patient is denied care because of missing medicine or equipment. Together, we can help frontline health workers in Ethiopia, Somalia, and Sudan save lives, restore hope, and strengthen healthcare systems in regions that need it most.
